Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver private cloud infrastructure in support to the design, development and operations of a classified system

  • Design and deliver virtualized environments

  • Provide expertise in equipment evaluation and selection. Develop detailed Bill’s of Material (BOMs) that support the design of the computer system

  • Assist in system and equipment installation, verification and check-out

  • Collaborate with the network engineering team to design and deliver network environments in accordance with the overall system Architecture

  • Be part of a technical team ensuring that all required aspects of cybersecurity is built into technical solution, covering items such as: HBSS solution, vulnerability scanning, system logging, software security, STIG compliance, etc.

  • Provide support to systems integration (technical and process related) efforts with customer and site personnel

  • Provide assistance in RMF approval and development

  • Provide support to system integration (technical and process related) efforts with customer and site personnel.

Minimum Security Clearance

  • Minimum DoD Secret, But Top Secret preferred

  • Must be a US citizen

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Working knowledge in RHEL

  • Working knowledge of the following technologies: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, KVM, vSphere, PXE, Kickstart, Chef, DHCP, Project Atomic, Git, Ansible, SDN, GeoDNS, Load Balancers, Proxies & Reverse Proxies, Monitoring, SLAs, RPM, AWS, PaaS, Python

  • Fluent in following scripting languages: Shell, Python or Perl

  • Expertise in security assessment/compliance products (HBSS, ACAS, OpenSCAP)

  • Knowledge in virtualization, cloud and container technology (VMware vSphere, AWS, Mesosphere DC/OS)

 

Minimum Security Clearance

  • DoD Secret

  • Must be a US Citizen

 

Certifications

  • Security +

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)

 

Education and Training Required

  • Four year college (Bachelor’s Degree) or higher. Computer Science degree preferred.

Minimum Years of Experience

  • 5+
